But to be the primary goal-scoring threat and deliver on the season’s biggest stages, when everyone in the stadium knows you are the primary threat, that takes something different altogether. "It was an exciting moment," Gebhart said. "To just watch your team and see how excited they are and just feeling the joy of winning like that, is just amazing. It feels awesome".
Gebhart comes through as Delsea girls soccer wins first sectional title in 25 years

Gebhart stopped Meredith Updike on the fifth round of penalty kicks Friday in Franklin Township to give the top-seeded Crusaders a 1-0 victory over seventh-seeded Cinnaminson in the final of the NJSIAA South Jersey, Group 2 Tournament final.
The sectional title is Delsea's first since 1993.
"It was an exciting moment," Gebhart said. "To just watch your team and see how excited they are and just feeling the joy of winning like that, is just amazing. It feels awesome".
Middle Township (0) at Delsea (4)
Peyton Gilmore recorded a hat trick to lead top-seeded Delsea to a 4-0 victory over ninth-seeded Middle Township in the quarterfinals of South Jersey, Group 2 tournament in Franklinville.
Ava Szwed also scored for Brianna Russo had two assists and Hannah Patrignani notched one helper.
With the win, Delsea advances to face either fifth-seeded West Deptford or 13th-seeded Sterling in the semis on Tuesday.
Delsea Beats Triton 3-1
Peyton Gilmore scored three goals to lead Delsea over Triton, 3-1, in Runnemede.
Brianna Russo and Hannah Patrignani had an assist apiece for Delsea, which held a 2-1 lead at the half.
Delsea has scored three or more goals in a game eight times this season, with Gilmore leading the team with 19 goals thus far.

Peyton Gilmore netted two goals to lead Delsea to a 5-0 win over Hammonton in Hammonton.
Tressa Biener, Brianna Russo, and Ava Szwed also scored while Kylie Brown, Morgan Brown, and Victoria Hassett all had assists. Goalie Allison Gebhard notched nine saves for the shutout as well.

Delsea was on fire last season and the South Jersey program is right back on a hot streak in 2018. Brianna Russo and Peyton Gilmore have been leading the offense for Delsea, which is also playing great on defense and has only given up one goal all season.

Delsea (20-2-1). Brianna Russo proved she is ready to jump into the leading scorer role down in Franklinville and young sophomore Peyton Gilmore (20 goals, 10 assists in 2017) should continue to take a step forward.
